SPICY PANI PURI ......BY ANJANA KHETAN
Ingredients:
1 lit. cold water, 8 green chili , 1 dry mango ( kachchi keri),1 sp black salt , 1 bunch mint, 1 bunch corinder leaves , 1 tsp leman juice, salt to test ,1 pck. jaljira powder or pani puri masala , 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Filling:
2 Mashed potatoes with salt to taste , 1 cup Boiled garbanzo beans .
Method:
Grind all of the above ingredients in a blender with a little of the clod water. Add the rest to cold water.
To serve the pani-puris:
Make a hole on top of each puri. Fill each puri with a teaspoon of the filling. Dip the puri into the masala pani and serve immediately or it will become soggy. masala pani can also be served in a separate container.
