Aloo Paratha.

Ingredients for aloo masala:-
6 boiled and mashed potatos
5-6 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1tbpsn chilly powder
1tspn pomegrante powder(anardana powder)
1tspn garam masala
1tspn amchur(mango powder)optional
1/2tspn ajwainsalt to taste
Oil/gheeButter(salted)

For Paratha:-
Chapathi flour
Water, Salt, Oil
Knead the flour with water, salt and oil. Keep the chapathi dough aside for 15-20 mins.
Method:-
Mix the mashed potatos with all the ingredients.
place the pan for making parathas on medium heat.
Meanwhile, make small-medium balls of the dough.
Roll out the balls in the shape of the roti.
Halfway of making the roti, put little oil in the center and fill in the aloo masala(palm size).
Fold the dough from all the edges to the center, just to cover the masala.
Lightly roll the paratha again to half the size of the pan.
Place the other side of the paratha on the pan.
Flip it twice and then apply oil/ghee only on one side and cook till both the sides turn golden brown..
Once done apply butter and serve hot with curd/achar.

Note:- Same can be made with grated cabbage and raddish (mooli).
